Fergie , apl.de.ap, Taboo, and will.i.am were all spotted in a desert region outside of Los Angeles working on a new project to promote their next hit single.

The “Boom Boom Pow” hitmakers got all dressed up in robotic costumes, though a massive sandstorm forced the shoot to shut down for a bit.

And the scantily-clad Fergie had to wrap herself in a blanket to avoid the blowing sand as her assistant held onto her to make sure she didn’t fly away.

In Las Vegas, where it's New Year's Eve practically every day, all the stops were pulled out Thursday night, with incredible parties thrown at PURE and LAX.

The Black Eyed Peas stopped by Company Kitchen and Pub House for dinner before heading to LAX to ring in 2010. Fergie, dressed in a silver beaded mini dress by Jenny Packham and shoes and clutch by Christian Louboutin, entered hand-in-hand with hubby Josh Duhamel – sporting a white shirt, skinny tie and black leather jacket.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent ushered in 2010 at PURE atop the terrace, overlooking the Las Vegas fireworks.

Once inside LAX, Fergie and Josh stuck together, hugging and cuddling. The rest of The Peas headed to the deejay booth, to watch Apl.de.ap spin.

Things have been tough for Forrester since the news broke. Her son even told her "'you're disgusting. I didn't know you had sex with him,'" she claims. She says that she has quit stripping for good after her kids requested she "never do it again."

She’s still riding high on the success of the Black Eyed Peas latest release, The E.N.D., and the group’s touring schedule is keeping her busy these days.
She wasn’t too busy, however, to attend the gala to show her support for women who are fighting breast cancer and to help end domestic violence. “I’m performing my own songs, not Peas songs, ’cause I don’t have the boys with me today,” she told MTV News on the red carpet about performing at the event sans bandmates Will.I.Am., Taboo and apl.de.ap. “This is more about women.”
She also explained that her performance was in no way a tease for an upcoming solo record. “Oh my gosh! I am so up to [the] top of my head in Peas land right now that I am not even thinking about another solo album right now. I’m knee deep in that and we’re about to tour the world.”
In addition to recently being approved as part-owner of the Miami Dolphins football team, Fergie will be appearing on the big screen in the Rob Marshall-directed musical Nine. The story claimed the tryst happened recently in Atlanta, where Josh is currently filming the movie Life As We Know It. Forrester says Josh first identified himself as “JD”, and said he was in town to make a porn movie. She told the tabloid, “I told him, ‘You are gorgeous’ and he said, ‘’You’re hot, too.’”

Forrester says after having cocktails together, Duhamel had Nicole perform a nude dance for him and a friend. She says before he left, they exchanged phone numbers, and on October 9th, he called her and invited her to his $820-a night room at the St. Regis hotel.

She goes on to describe their encounter, which led to sex, she says. The article says that Forester passed a polygraph and that she was paid for telling her story.

But Josh’s rep is vehemently denying the story, saying, "This story is absolutely ridiculous."

She continued saying, "This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity.”

It’s just sad that this had to happen to Josh. He’s never been one to be in the tabloids for the wrong reasons. And Hollyscoop’s on-set source from Life As We Know It says Josh is “the nicest dude.”

While conservative bloviator Rush Limbaugh is running into some stiff resistance in his bid to become one of the owners of the St. Louis Rams, the Black Eyed Peas' Fergie faced no such roadblocks in her quest to become a force in football as part-owner of the Miami Dolphins. According to SportingNews.com, NFL owners voted on Tuesday to approve her as the latest celebrity minority investor in the storied NFL franchise.
Though the Dolphins have yet to ink an official deal with the singer, as soon as she signs the papers with the team, she can become an investor. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said he's had discussions with Fergie about the deal, but because the Peas are currently touring Australia, he's not yet gotten her signature.

Once the deal is ironed out, Fergie (born Stacy Ann Ferguson), 34, will join a roster of other celebrity investors in the Dolphins that includes singer Marc Anthony, tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams, flip-flop aficionado Jimmy Buffett and Latin music power couple Emilio and Gloria Estefan. It was not announced how big a stake Fergie, a California native, was purchasing in the team, but it probably won't be big enough to convince them to hire bandmate Will.I.Am.

All of the Dolphins' bold-name owners have bought very small portions of the team and have agreed to make appearances at the stadium during games as part of Ross' effort to attract a more diverse crowd. On Monday, Estefan teamed up with Hank Williams Jr. on a bilingual version of the Monday Night Football anthem, "Are You Ready for Some Football?" as part of the NFL's Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.

The Black Eyed Peas singer was determined to debut a new look when the band released their new album 'The E.N.D.' in June, and so decided to splash out on a whole new wardrobe.

She tells WENN, "I've been watching a lot of Fergie videos and she's a great dancer and goes for it. I've been watching some Lily Allen, Beyonce, Kylie Minogue, Spice Girls; I mean you name it, all of the girl bands."

It's one of Fergie's pleasing contradictions: The 34-year-old juggernaut (who collected three Grammys as the unofficial front woman of the Black Eyed Peas, scored three number-one singles with her debut solo album, The Dutchess, and whose ripped midriff we could identify in a lineup) is suddenly obsessed with life's simpler pleasures, like pets, family, and her new hot-dish husband at home.I'd suggested this venue after hearing that the 5'4" cardio-sculpted, size-2 chanteuse can't hike near her Brentwood, CA, home without stopping to greet every third pooch she sees. She has two spoiled dachshunds of her own: Meatloaf, an aptly named rescue dog, and a silver dapple called Zoe. "One day I was doing vocal warm-ups, and because Zoe thinks I'm her alpha, she joined in," she says. "I thought it was really funny hearing this little dog howl along with me, but my neighbors thought we were screaming and called the cops on us."Today, Fergie has ditched the halter tops and cat's-eye liquid liner, opting instead for a Public Myth tracksuit, ink-black shades, and chunky sneakers; on her finger is a 4-carat sparkler and matching band from H.Stern. Her hair, freshly tinted a warm chocolate brown, is loose—blissfully free from the dominatrix braid she tends to wear onstage with the Peas. When a frustrated woman grouses about the bigger dogs that won't leave her painfully shy Yorkie alone, Fergie commiserates, worrying aloud that Meatloaf could use some lessons in socializing as well.Also absent from Fergie's new look: the earlobe full of piercings and the silver bar that once punctuated her dramatically arched eyebrows, a daily reminder of a promise she made to herself years ago—to live drug-free. A touch of tangerine gloss sets off her Angelina-like grin, which explodes across her face (round cheeks with a peach glow, flecked hazel-blue eyes, cleft chin) quickly and often. Although the girl herself sees it differently: "The Peas bring out the silly side of me, the tomboy."With the release of this summer's futuristic, electro-inspired The E.N.D.—the group's first new studio album in four years, which has already spawned their biggest hit to date, the bass-thumping, number-one single "Boom Boom Pow"—Fergie seems braced for chaos. "It's starting to get crazy," she says. "Here we go: tour, tour, tour." But the California girl does what she can to keep the punishing road routine fresh—for instance, loading a laptop with her favorite television shows, like The Office, 30 Rock, and Lost. "That way it's about their drama, not mine," she explains. She also brings self-help books (The Power of Your Subconscious Mind) and keeps her hypnotherapist on speed dial. "I just put on music, get her on speakerphone, and lay back. Balance is something I'll always work on." Out-of-town visitors provide helpful diversions, too. "Well, my boyfriend ..." Fergie starts, referring, presumably, to her swoony new husband, Transformers star Josh Duhamel. "Oh my gosh, my boyfriend? I didn't even say my fiancé! He's going to kill me," she says, doubling over with laughter. "I told you we were newlyweds."The pair met on the set of Duhamel's guilty-pleasure nighttime soap, Las Vegas, in 2004 (on which the Peas guest-starred), and they fell fast and furious for one another. The two made it official last January in a lavish gardenia-and-crystal-studded ceremony at a Malibu vineyard. To the collective awwws in the room, they danced to the Rolling Stones' "Sweethearts Together"—before succumbing to something like stage fright. "We had a plan," Fergie says. "We were going to do this dip, but we didn't rehearse enough and completely messed it up as soon as we got on the floor." Somewhat less poignant: Among Duhamel's most vivid memories of the day was the helicopter paparazzi. "When the chandeliers started shaking, I thought the tent was going down," he said, while eating strawberries from the catering table at Fergie's MC photo shoot.Seeing them together, it's obvious that the 6'3" spouse is like a life preserver for Fergie. "It's funny, because at work I have to be a very strong, tough woman. But when I'm with him, I just turn on this baby girl voice because ... he's my big tall man!" she says with a throaty laugh. With heavy personal challenges behind her, including a well-documented meth addiction, Fergie—the former Kids Incorporated child star, onetime straight-A student, and spelling-bee champ—doesn't take the gift of a good man lightly. At home, she says, "I'll lie out by the pool, and Josh hits golf balls to Zoe as we listen to music. We're pretty chill." As for the diaper-wearing elephant in the room, kids, Fergie tells me the couple definitely wants them—"just not during this tour."Fergie as a mom—the mind boggles a little. But then again, why not? "I wasn't trying to be a role model with The Dutchess," she says, of the stacked-heel seductress she evokes on the album. "But suddenly, seeing little girls in the audience with their moms made me think about what I do onstage a little bit more. I had to watch my mouth, because it can be filthy. It changed things for me." So did learning that "Fergalicious" is Sasha Obama's favorite song. When Fergie performed at this year's White House Easter egg hunt, even the president told her, somewhat surreally, "I can relate to the line 'working on my fitness.'"That said, Obama's got nothing on Fergie when it comes to the gym. "I've been busting my ass, training," she says, referring to the 17 pounds she gained (and then peeled off) for her role as Saraghina, a buxom prostitute in Rob Marshall's razzmatazzy big-screen spectacle Nine, which premieres this November. "Being around the guys, they're like a fraternity—I know what they look at. I don't want to have a song like 'My Humps' and it be sagging down, so I pay attention to that area. A lot."

The Black Eyed Peas' manager, Polo Molina, has turned himself in to police in Toronto, Canada after attacking Hilton at the MuchMusic Awards on Sunday night (21Jun09). He has been charged with assault.
But Fergie's mum, Terri Jackson, insists the manager was the first in a long line of people keen to challenge the blogger for remarks he made about her daughter and the Black Eyed Peas' hit new album, The E.N.D.
Jackson tells HollyScoop.com, "She (Fergie) could have taken him down. Thank God it wasn’t Fergie."
Reports suggest the feud started when Fergie approached Hilton, real name Mario Lavandeira, to ask him to explain nasty remarks he had made about her and the Peas on his popular blog.
And Fergie's sister, Dana Ferguson, insists Hilton should expect harsh backlash for the comments he makes: "Perez always seems to have his opinion on everything and it seems to clash with a lot of people, and I think he does that on purpose sometimes and sometimes he's gonna get some backlash."
Hilton posted a video on his blog, during which he sobbed about his encounter with the Black Eyed Peas and their manager and showed off a bruise beneath his eye - a mark left after Molina allegedly punched him.

Fergie unveiled a sleek futuristic look with her new album with the Black Eyed Peas, The E.N.D.

"Change is just exciting for me," she says. "When I do something for too long, I burn out." Now on the band's biggest tour ever, she decided to listen to the voice in her head. "Something inside of me said, 'I need an evolution.' I'm in a new phase of life. I'm married; I have a new album. It felt time."

"We blushed Fergie up to look like she had come right off the beach," said makeup artist Brigitte Reiss-Andersen. She brushed bronzer on Fergie's cheeks, forehead, and chin, and swept tomato red blush on her cheeks and across the bridge of her nose. Then Reiss-Andersen rimmed the star's eyes with dark brown liner, and added light copper shadow on the lids. The final touch: beige lipstick.

"For Fergie's first cover as a brunette, we wanted to make her hair smooth and sexy," said hairstylist Kevin Ryan. He used volumizer on her wet hair, blew it dry, put it in rollers, and curled the loose ends with an iron. He rubbed finishing cream on the bottom, then "messed it up with a lot of wind."

Fergie may have settled down with her wildly handsome husband, actor Josh Duhamel, but she's still as feisty as ever. She loves her costumes, both onstage and off. "I've got a big chest of fun little numbers, ones that I would never wear in public," she teases. Fergie won't elaborate, only saying that, when it comes to sex after marriage, "nothing's changed in that department. I like to have fun with my costume onstage; why wouldn't I in the bedroom?"

Fergie loved the eye makeup from the last shot so much that she didn't wipe it off before she left. "It makes me want to go out," she said, and went home to change. She later met the Allure crew at Sushi Roku in Santa Monica wearing fake lashes, white lipstick—and a Martin Margiela bat-wing jacket.

And according to sources on the scene, Fergie almost missed the group’s interview with Matt Lauer because she was too busy greeting fans and signing autographs.

The aptly titled The E.N.D was released June 9.
